These companies recruit anyone nowadays with the shortage..I don’t know just talk to them right and you’ll get a job.

Ok...trying to follow OP;
I can conclude only from what was written.

Has 4mths experience, 8 mths left on his contract. Here's where i get lost.

He Hauls "OTR Tanker?" but wants to haul Dry???

Not sure what he's trying to ask. (i know its a tough job, and sometimes frustration leads to Anger). But maybe he can settle down and explain his situation so that he can get some direction.
