As a former Poly driver, I can answer part of that...the pay rate is the same for everyone...day 1 driver makes the same as the driver that has been there for years.

One reason why Poly is still worth a look. If I were to ever return to OTR, this would be a personal requirement. -
I just learned today that Poly isn’t buying anymore Peterbilts this year.
Poly is taking their sweet time replacing their internationals.
I wrongly assumed that when my truck hit 750k i’d get a Pete. Aint happening. May be a few years to get a Pete. -
