I’m still waiting on the ice age that we were supposed to have back in the 70’s. Was that supposed to be in 2070??

Cars pollute way more than even the dirtiest diesel.

Well, when you consider that global warming alarmists are typically left-of-center, and then look at what left-leaning groups leave behind after one of their get-togethers (occupy, BLM, antifa, etc...), and then compare that to what is left behind after a more right-leaning group finishes up with one of their rallies (tea party, etc...) and consider most of the global warming critics tend to be on the right, I think you'll have your answer.

Not a very well vetted or edited article...

"The places where the carbon is stored, for example oceans, soil and vegetation for example, are known as carbon sinks."

That's OK, though, because they included a disclaimer:

"Any opinions or views expressed in this paper are those of the individual author, unless stated to be those of Future Directions International."

I see where the 30% who don't accept that climate change is real exist... Right here in this forum. All scientists have gathered data, and they all agree... Just like they all agree that e=mc2, and they all agree that the sky is blue and gravity exists. The only "scientists" who don't agree with the facts are the ones working for exxon and other fossil fuel industries, and fox news hosts.

It makes me laugh when people deny climate change. You gonna deny gravity next?

That said I doubt speeding trucks are a lead cause of it and I think DEF is the biggest scam ever.

Not here for an arguement because neither of us will change the others mind.

I haven’t had an emissions related breakdown for 6 or 7 or more years.
New trucks, cleaner emissions and better mpg’s than the old decrepid dirty outdated dirty engines from the last century.

I should hold truck driving seminars to educate drivers.

Getting back to the subject of the thread, the pitfalls from speeding, a few months ago I made another descending Grapevine video showcasing the 11 signs warning drivers the speed limit is 35 in an 11 mile stretch. One comment last week caught my eye, the driver said he went down the hill about 50 miles per hour and ended up not employable as a driver for 36 months. Didn't lose his CDL or anything, just that when he applied at various trucking companies, none of their insurance would accept him. Something to think about when you think speeding is going to get you an extra $100 bucks this week, it may cost you much much more.
