Should be able to make it to beloit area in 1 shift from Jamestown if memory serves me. That's a sick run. Not sure how much time they threw on it but I remember having 80 hours between when I got down there and when my apt was. Cant remember if there was a holiday or not...

Just bought a $1,900 mattress for my truck. A purple #3.
    Denver Mattress is selling them.

Ray Strack and Zata40 Thank this.

Curious to see what you think of it. I thought about getting one after looking into them but settled on a avocado mattress due to it be made from natural products. Thoroughly happy with the bed and have zero back issues.

    WesternPlains Thanks this.

Since you guys drive 579’s also, do you see these lights quite often? Mine have been off and on for the last 30k miles. Peterbilt and my company’s mechanics have “reset” them numerous times but they keep coming back.

I’ve heard these Paccars are finicky and to pretty much disregard the engine lights. Thought I’d ask some other 579 drivers.

The engine is emissions. I get it ever 2 or 3 weeks. They either change a sensor or reset it.

I bought two. One is Queen size for my house. First night impressions. It's great. First time in a long time that I have had good support for my lower back and hips. It's still soft. Won't develop any pressure spots. With support. It is a different feeling bed than anything else out there. I love it. I knew from my purple seat, and back cushions, that I love. Just need to pick which one is for you. For me, "Goldilocks" chooses #3.... just right.
BTW: I can afford it. Company has been giving me a couple miles each week.

Ya gotta a gremlin in there somewhere! About the driving schools, if someone doesn't live close to the cities, Magnum does hire from selected driving schools but Tony would have the locations I think. One big advantage to LTD having their own school is training drivers to Magnum needs. The schools we hire from are some of the best and use the standard for premium driver training. I guess that's why we have a push on for trainers. Magnum sticks pretty close to those schools and I know we have some graduated that actually went back to their schools and got referrals!

    Stone Dude, sorry

Stone Dude, sorry to hear about your dad. Before you quit, take a leave of absence and take care of business at home. Yeah, they get jammed up about loads but they do understand. If nothing else, give Chad a call. They owe ya one for that truck recovery right out of orientation anyway.
