I had a 69 in a 55 speeding ticket in an ‘Enforcement Zone’ in Richmond VA on I95 before I got my CDL.
I hired a lawyer, went to traffic school in N.C., my state of residence, and paid the fines. The ticket doesn’t show up at all on my N.C. driving record.
Worth every penny... -
Hahaha crossing a double line.
Come back when you get hit with being in the cars only express toll lane around DC, pulling a 53 ftBigDog Trucker Thanks this. -

You’ll have a harder time keeping the job if they discover you failed to disclose it intentionally. It’s not showing anywhere at the moment, you haven’t been convicted. But you’ll have to declare it next year in your annual disclosures. Now or later? It depends on the company. But waiting could cost you a good job.
Again, this is a minor infraction. Chalk it up as a learning experience. And remember, you’re about to become a huge target for these kinds of tickets.BigDog Trucker Thanks this. -
It being California, I’m probably just going to try a trial by written declaration just to try and get it dismissed. -
Hire a good lawyer and don’t F up again!

§ 384.226 Prohibition on masking convictions.
The State must not mask, defer imposition of judgment, or allow an individual to enter into a diversion program that would prevent a CLP or CDL holder's conviction for any violation, in any type of motor vehicle, of a State or local traffic control law (other than parking, vehicle weight, or vehicle defect violations) from appearing on the CDLIS driver record, whether the driver was convicted for an offense committed in the State where the driver is licensed or another State.

I would disclose it I used have a federal job if you so much even been held in a police car they knew not booked but a simple report on his laptop never convicted or even went to jail, or ticket but some god know reason they knew the same issue with Canada when I went traveling they know Idk how was never booked or given a ticket they just know. I know nothing about the legal issue but might be best disclose it to a few years just to cover your arse.

Loving all these complicated answers.
Don't sweat the ticket. Disclose it on your applications. It's not a big deal.UsualSuspect Thanks this.
