I seem to have a lot of trouble getting home time. Any advice?

Yeah, but there was a witnesses and the owner of the home came out immediately so I didn't want to flee the scene and potentially get fired. I know wires are supposed to be at least 14ft high but the company considered it my fault. It was just a single fiber optic wire, not an electrical, but I was put on a 180 day probation the safety instructor came out with a measuring tape to better inform me of the clearance above my truck and how I need to get out and look.

    - How much experience do you have and where is your location?
Barely over one year. Got off the trainers truck on 04/02/2018.
I live in New Hampshire, not a very popular location, but they have a Walmart DC in raymond which a lot of different companies deliver to. I tried applying for Crete a few days ago but I was denied. I don't mind staying OTR at all... but .38cpm and the inability to get time off (on time) is pretty annoying. I can deal with it for now since I'm only 22 years old and haven't found a better job yet, but I can't see myself staying with Werner long-term.

Don't list anything except the rear ender in 2016 and the awning incident.
The other stuff you can answer during an interview, if asked. Clipping that fiber optic wire and snagging the glad hands aren't accidents.

All of my drivers go home every weekend or every other weekend (depending on where they live. They are told before they are hired which it will be). I get them home by friday evening every time without fail, even if I have to deadhead them 500 miles to do it. My drivers work hard all week and they earn their time at home. It sounds like your company has no respect for you. I'd move on.

Werner kinda has you in a box using those incidents against you~as mentioned climb the chain of command if need be and document everything (Qualcomm) they’re basically telling you a crock of crap of not having loads heading your way

I'll give some of them a shot and just keep reapplying in 6 months if I get rejected. Thank you for the list!
