No thanks, I like working with only glass and mounted tarps (either a conestoga or A-frame double drop). Besides, I live in FL...don't think they hire from there.

By day 8 I get a Little Cranky. Dispatch senses this and brings me home so they don’t need to worry about me driving through their office on my way into the yard

I am fortunate. I work for a great company also. Most of the time not out more that 6 days at a time

After six months you can get a conastoga??? Where did you hear this? I’ve talked to drivers said it took them years. Also what do you mean we are all going to studio sleepers what is that? Thanks

After 6 months you get put in a drawing for one when it comes available. There's another guy who got one at exactly 6 months.

Studio sleeper is the t680 high roof, compared to the t660 flat tops.

A drawling? Never heard of that did they tell you how many conastogas they have?? They have like 165 otr drivers or something my rank is 102 ;) I’m no where near the best. But been here a year still no conastoga do you have to request to be entered in this drawling?? That’s kinda bs tho a 6 month guy gets one when someone’s been here for years not getting one dosent sound very fair I know if your doc puts you on light duty they will give you one tho;) break a leg haha

Maybe you have a better chance if you're up towards the top of the rankings, I don't really know. I'm pulling a flat. I would say that the company is fair, because it seems like the better you are, the more you get paid and the better perks you get. A guy who has been there for years but is a slacker won't make as much as a new guy who works his ### off.
