This is the problem they all prob wanted to go fishing and the companies never tell them when to do it they see a body of water and want to just drive out to it and see if they can uncover secret spots.
What would K&B do?

Take landstar Ranger against K&B
or even Covenant at match safety scores.. K&B does not even train Covenant does..K&B supposed to hire people with experience. yet when I consistently see them tailgating speeding driving and reckless manners I have no respect for them that's all I'm going to say about that.
I personally cite FedEx all the time. I wish I could post a video here of what you see behind the wheel nowadays compared to the way we were taught back in the day.. but that's a nice thing about YouTubebzinger Thanks this. -

Let’s just see who can pass the time management section of the truck driving test.
Driving Test:
1. You have a dispatch that routes you from Tennessee to Indiana for a 24 hr open window drop and hook. What Is the appropriate course of action?
a. Get there ASAP, deliver and move on.
b. Now you have time to play that extra game of pool in the Flying J truck stop.
c. Fuel up in Tennessee because fuel is higher in Indiana.
d. Get into Kentucky ASAP and maximize the time you have to catch Kentuckians.mjd4277 Thanks this. -

Now a bonus question:
you are coming close to your mandated half hour break..
you know you must stop between your third and eighth hour for a half hour.. you've driven Non-Stop for almost a full 8 hours..
there's a truck stop coming up you have exactly 13 minutes on clock from the time you pass at truck stop to the next truck stop which is 26 miles away..
do you A: stop take your break in a truck stop where you can park safely out of the way?
B. keep driving knowing that you passed truckstop after truckstop through almost 8 hours and get 10 miles away and sit on the side of the road for a half hour?
Makes You Think Doesn't It.
I have yet to sit on the side of the road and take a half-hour break yet.
But then again after almost thirty years out here cut from a different cloth.. Iike a vinyl record professional drivers from the old school are still out here but you have to search hard because getting rarer and rarer to find...
shall be interested to see it's a simple A or B . maybe I should have done a poll format for this one especially by the number of people that sit on the side of the roadLast edited: Jun 19, 2019

As for your question, it doesn’t really apply to me anymore. I’m local and get plenty of thirty minute breaks during the day.
When I was OTR, however, I used to start my day around 6:00 am. I would just use the 30 minutes for lunch around Noon, problem solved.
If you’re one of the drive drive drive, keep the left door shut type, just make sure you drive for 3 hours before taking your 30 minute break.Lonesome Thanks this. -

hey is the correct answer if it's a common-sense question I could have picked many different ones like Chase kentuckians. but the more I think about what I see nowadays and what we saw back in the day I decided to answer the other way..
