I have my DOT physical for school in the morning and I was wondering if there are any tips for getting my BP down besides taking my medicine.

Get yourself a BP tester from Walgreens and see where you’re at now.
And don’t freak out about it - stress= higher BP. -

DOT Physical and High Blood Pressure...
I guess you can try some of this. -
Now you have my curiosity up, if you have BP medicine, why would you not want to take it?

I have HBP, Sleep Apnea (Untreated), and type 2 diabetes. What will happen if I just check no on the health problems and medications questions on my physical and pass my physical? Should I even mention it to the doctor?
From another post.FlaSwampRat and blairandgretchen Thank this. -

but, NO caffeine, NO salts, NO candy, sweets, No sodas unless caffeine and sugar free, get your sleep.
for breakfast, maybe a couple of eggs cooked the way you like them, NO toast of any kind, NO carbs......!!!
drink LOTS of water the rest of today, and for breakfast in the morning.
make sure you "drain out" before you go for the DOT, BUT drink maybe 1 glass just before the DOT, so that you have some "fresh" urine for the pee sample, for when they dip it for sugar.. -
FlaSwampRat Thanks this.
