Well.

Got my license plate, without any issues back in my own town.
No problems, at all, some people don’t know their jobs and refuse to learn.
Time for something to have a laugh cause that’s what you don’t get going to a DMV.

 

The OM looks like it saying "I said I was sorry for the furr ball in your shoes. Can I skip the bath you want to give me?"
