I swear I’m about to scream. 2nd replaced windshield is leaking as well. Peterbilt in Council Bluffs is booked until the end next the week, so I’m heading back to the yard to see what the hell is going on

Any replacement windshield in a truck always leaks!... usually it ain't too bad until you go through a truck wash... Any time I get a wash I have a towel out, it's expected, just a part of trucking anymore...if the F' er ain't throwing codes you're doing good lol

My problem is that it leaks even if it looks like it’s about to rain. Latest leak I’m assuming is from some dew or frost that had melted from the top of the truck

    bzinger and BigR Thank this.

I had older trucks that did that, only it wasn't leaking from the outside, it was condensation that formed when it was cold outside and I had the heat on inside and ran down the inside of the body and when it hit the trim around the windshield it found an exit around the windshield.

On top of that, I had to drive across Chicago with the stupid low air brake pressure alarm going off, because of those BS sensors. Am at Fremont now, getting them replaced.

Paccar windshield or aftermarket (TRP or similar)? I tried a TRP on my last truck and it leaked a little. Knock on wood I’ve had no issues using Paccar windshields.
