FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

I was looking at mine last week and thought the same thing. I’m 14,800 so I’ll be in the same boat as you. My clutch going out really screwed me

 

Aaaand there’s fresh hub oil on the wheels with the new hub caps when I did my pre-trip this morning. Hubs are both still at the full line so I’m running it.

 

Walmart sells cheap non-clorinated brake cleaner...does wonders removing fresh hub oil from wheels (right before a scale pass thru).

 

Carry some with me and always.

 

Got my conestoga load of wall panels from Fremont unloaded this morning in Oliver Springs TN. The customer has some security protocols that require clearance, so my load was taken off of my trailer and onto their contractors trailer for them to take in.

After getting unloaded, dispatch sent in a message asking if I was ok to load out Sunday or Monday as planned from my home time. There is potential load leaving Jasper TN if the holiday doesn’t change it. But we’ll know more come Friday.

Im already back on the couch, where I’ve been since Sunday at noon for a much needed and not required 34.

 

Delivering here in Ontario and getting reloaded in the same door with more toys going to Savannah.

Would you guys take 10 to 20 to the east or 40 to Memphis and then 22 down to 20?

40 seems to be the shortest

 

One of my company’s drivers said that 40 in AR was a parking lot today.

Slid the tandems at Nestlé, and managed to get the pins in the ONE spot this is legal...

 

That’s a good example of when carrying 12,300 or so on the steer helps give some wiggle room on the others.
