    Been stressing over nothing!
Read the chapter in the book this morning.

Drove to the DMV and had about an hour wait time so read it over again.
    I missed 2 out of 30 questions.

I don't see how some people fail it over and over...Just read the book!.....lol!

Really it is not that hard of a test.
One question i missed I skipped thinking you could go back to it.
I did not know if you skipped it you could not go back...stupid DMV computer!

They let you go back to skipped question. But if you already answered enough right, then it will just stop the test and pass you.

Are hazmat tests the same across the board in every state now? I am thinking of becoming a suicide jockey tanker yanker in a couple years.

Probably very similar.....I know this state has several to give you if you fail.
Most likely pretty much the same questions in every state.
Most of them are pretty easy questions once you read the book....they throw in a couple trick questions too.

I put off reading the book until this morning with my coffee....I figured it was 50/50 chance in passing it but I did much better!
I have had the book for 3 weeks but never had time to really study it.

I remember before 9/11 the Hazmat endorsement was free.

How close is the question compare to this website practice test? Pretty simpler? I been trying over and over till I got 100%

I looked over one practice test and failed it.....That was before reading the chapter in the CDL handbook.
The actual test was not as hard as the practice test. That or my pea brain absorbed more than I thought!.....lol!

Yep and very easy to get.Now there's a lot of red tape you have to go thru.

The lady at the DMV tried to go ahead and issue my license.......It kept booting her off the screen.
I told her my background check was still underway and she was like.....huh....ok!...lol!

She was not the brightest bulb in the tree! She first handed me an application for a new CDL....I told her to look at what I have now....duh!
    I guess she thought I had a class C....?

Now all I have to do is go back and get a new picture and pay the fees once the background is done.

It's on par. Easiest thing to remember is don't look for depth in the questions.
It's not calculus and quantum psychics looking for a long form answer. lol

Clarify: The test is the easiest part of the process. Reality is the challenging part and a clusterf... at times
