Kicked off my load in Arlington relatively quickly. Backed into a door, then went inside to use the bathroom. Then when I come back outside, I hear the air hissing from my truck, yet the dock light was still green. Turns out they only took about 10 minutes to unload me, 20 minutes later I had my paperwork and was out the door.

Next load picked up in Fort Worth going to.... Lewisville... A whopping 34 miles away. Another driver dropped a broker load of sugar picked up in Louisiana at a regular customer of ours. I'm not sure of the details, but the broker messed something up. Dropped my trailer in a door then hooked up to that trailer & was on my way... To the pilot. Couldn't deliver til the next day. Made the best of the half day and caught up on sleep & cleaned the truck interior top to bottom.

Got the sugar delivered, then went to Sunnyvale heading up to Fargo & Grand Forks. After that, went up to Drayton for a load of potatoes going to Pennsylvania. Stopped at the terminal to get a laundry list of things fixed on the truck, mainly the alignment.

Delivered in PA & deadheaded to "the square" heading for London, KY. Finished there a few hours ago, then dead heading up to Indianapolis tomorrow for a trip to the Albany, NY area.

2754 miles for last week. Still enjoying it here!

Have relatives in the Drayton area, potatoes should be going pretty strong now this time of year. Sugarbeets also.

How often do you think a driver living in Massachusetts could get home? Do they allow passengers and dogs?

We have to stay out 3-4 weeks minimum, one day off for each week out. I've never had a problem getting hone on days requested. Rider and pet policy from day one.
