when I leave Fort Myers I don't see Florida or Georgia again for 2 months...

 

Is there anyway to override the idle shutdown in these trucks

 

Jack the drive tires up off the ground and then just put it in granny low...

I crack myself up sometimes...

 

or you can bypass it electrically run a wire outside the driver's window down the door to the battery box...don't want any loose wires be sure to use reflective d.o.t. tape to tack it down

 

If it's a Kenworth, kick on the cruise and press set button. Rpm's go to 900 and doesn't shut off. I'm staying for the $1000 and hoping for the best after that. On my way to Edmonton from Tucson.....

i'm conway til the name comes off the door then bonus or not ill decide as i don't have enough info yet to make a intelligent decision. i'm not worried as i wont go backwards on pay or bennies so if it dont work I can work anywhere i want. 1979 to present in trucking with no accidents or tickets however i will try to make this new company work if he don't slash miles or pay. as i said i'm going to ride this one all the way to the end yee haaa!!!

 

Nahh just otr theyve been keeping me here for a week since i left home. Eventually that will cease.

 

Seemed I couldn't get out of Florida the past two January's.

If you go to the skyway toll bridge in Tampa. You can drive right up to the pier in your truck and go rent a pole. License comes with the fee to enter the walkway. There will be a rather small rest area I parked over there for two nights. Its a decent walk to the pier or you can go not to the rest area but around like you are going to drive up but there will be a little circle area before you cross a little bridge. Park the truck up there but you can't stay the night. You wanna stay the night use the truck slots in the rest area & walk.

This is the bigger pier there are two of them. They advertised it as the world's largest lol. It is pretty long though.

Got a cab to st pete (u can park on the street by days inn as well). Did the beach to.
