    I'm gonna have to agree with CS. after attempting and failing 4 times to get a CDL its time to hang up the fingerless gloves

    It helps to do some homework on a school. I went to NTTS near Buffalo, NY for the 10 week course(they even have an 18 week) and for me the CDL test was a breeze. It even included brake inspection/adjustment and forklift operation. Even a 6 week course should've prepared the OP for a CDL test. Exactly how did the school fail you? What skills didn't they train? Another "more to the story" situation.

    How exactly does someone fail to get a CDL-A? That's like failing at falling.

    Agreed!
    I didn't know squat about the industry...took a crapy 3 week course...and finished 3rd. out of 120 students.
    Can't blame the school dude...some have it, some don't. You don't.
