If you're heading to Harbeson, don't get too excited.

Yep. My first time there. Appt was set 0700. Arrived at 0645. It's a light load. Only 32k for 2 stops. Time to continue rolling out of the hurricane area.

What started out as a potentially great load MPG wise is starting to deteriorate.
Left Marysville, CA with 79300 lbs. Had 9.9 MPG to Bakersfield. By the time I hit the top of Tahachapi, I was down to 8.1 MPG. Still have a ton of climbing to do.

Nahh you'll be fine. I left tehachapi at 0 (day start) and had 9 at needles with 76k with no real wind help.

I was watching the GPS altimeter from Arizona border I40 to Flagstaff, about 250 feet above sea level to a little over 7000 feet at Flagstaff. QC says 6.4 mpg

Yeah I live in that hole on the AZ border. Bullhead City. Climbing out of there is a pain in the wallet unless you go south to needles. 12 mile straight climb out from 250 to about 3500 at Union Pass. Then another climb out of Golden Valley into Kingman at Coyote pass. Unless you bypass that at Aztec road and pop out at my old employer terminal IWX at Shinarump and I40. Going towards Vegas its up from Laughlin up the side of the valley to CalNavAri. Going home loaded sucks unless I drop it at the TK in Kingman and bobtail.

I love being able to cook in the truck. Made myself baked salmon with sautéed squash, asparagus, and garlic rolls.

How big is the fridge in y'all's trucks? The one in mine is rather small so I've always wondered how you're able to store enough food to cook on a regular basis.
