Question about USA Truck pay and mileage

i hired back on at .35 cents a mile last year

 

Roehl Transport is such a horrible company, are you still with them? I'm sure you aren't based on the amount of drivers I've come across that's have left them.

For one I'm getting the miles they promised 2500-2800 . The pay isn't great just like all the other big mega fleet companies. They use electronic logs and I rarely talk to my dispatcher unless there something I or they need that's important. The training is about a month long and was the hardest part of this journey so far . I'm here to get experience and learn as much as I can while being safe . Good starter company for tor .Good luck

Miles are pretty decent. APU and inverters in all trucks. And if you pick up and deliver like you're supposed to they do not micro manage you. You run like you want.
