From what hat ive seen and heard they have some nice hauls, I dont mind staying out for 3 weeks as long as I can run a good area of the country... A few places I worked at specialized in keeping me stuck on I 95 between Virginia and Boston for days at a time.

This is an older post, but the answer is current:
WEL takes new grads and puts you on the road locally with one of two trainers before you go OTR with a trainer for 4 weeks. You'll go all over the country, something you might not do when you're in your own truck. Give them a call to make sure your school is acceptable. -

Yea for a good company their pay blows. (Current employee).. I too make that. Only 2 years but Knight offered me 0.4x to go back with them, I wanted Apus lol

WEL company pays .43 a mile with 6 yrs i have 8.5 yrs i make 43 loaded & empty 2700 miles a week average

True. Once I hit my year here I'm out. Need to be closer if not .45cpm with 3 years
