Well, its a 12 speed, Cummins, tag axle...two out of three ain't bad.

the Qualcomm doesn't work, the inverter doesn't work, and there's some kind of a water leak because the mattress is wet...I know what you're thinking but it wasn't me!

heading to an international dealer in the morning see if I can get the water leak fixed and Lee inverter fixed...when I gotta find me a Qualcomm shop...probably West Memphis.

I might pull a load by next week sometime

Looks like the ex CFI truck Blair&Gretchen has: https://www.thetruckersreport.com/t.../the-journey-begins-purchased-a-truck.268615/

Red has historically been the cheapest paint because of the abundance of red ochre (a result of the nuclear reactions of dying stars): http://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart...cause-of-the-physics-of-dying-stars-58185724/

Ironically, white automotive paint tends to be among the most expensive (white paint costs an extra $200 on a Mazda3, $600 extra on a Ford Fusion, and $1,000 more on a Chevrolet Malibu): http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/news/2013/06/beware-car-colors-that-cost-extra/index.htm

More trivia? White cars are 10% less likely to be involved in a crash during daylight hours. http://www.monash.edu.au/miri/research/reports/muarc263.pdf

    disorder (mussing someone's hair).

Demopolis to somewhere in Wisconsin...Still on paper log, I still have an air leak, inverter still doesn't work, 30 degrees outside and the TA in Troy Illinois has the air conditioning on in the showers, waitress in the TA said I'll be right with you...10 minutes later I still hadn't seen her...hey one of those pre-made sandwiches in my truck...I only get a 10 power break toots

other than that it's been a good day...somebody said, cheer up, things could be worse... So I cheered up, and sure enough, things got worse...

I told West Memphis I need a Comdata card so I can buy fuel for this truck...they give me a Comdata card that is designated for contractors...company driver can't use it

Yeah bird it could be worse. Such as me getting a load from Macon GA to Kissimmee FL and then having to deadhead back to GA because FL has no freight. Thankfully I live in South Georgia so i guess ill be going back home.

Well its better than trying to take a load for 0.60 cents a mile heading too Jersey. I actually saved myself $100 dollars just by doing that. Quite honestly anytime I'm in Florida its a typical rule for me to just deadhead back to Georgia. Rates are really REALLY terrible in Florida for a dry van.
