I was listening to the Dave Nemo Show this morning and the announced that the suspended revised 34 hour break rules have been killed and buried by the DOT IG. ATA and OOIDA are happy about it, but the Teamsters aren't.

 

I honestly believe that no new snow has fallen in Wyoming in 20 years. The current snow in WY just blows around aimlessly, moving from area to area with no purpose. How else to explain whiteout conditions with no clouds in the sky? It's no wonder why only 300 people live in Wyoming. Whatever the US did to acquire Wyoming, they should undo it, and make this god-forsaken state off limits.

 

Does that mean I can still take a 34 whenever I want and doesn't have to include a certain time frame?

Also the OOIDA and the ATA both agreeing on something is a headline in itself.
