I think if you want to do OTR reefer this is the place to be. If I were to leave NCI it would be because I'm done with OTR reefer, not the company.
We're treated like actual human beings. Upper management will walk through fire for us. I have a reliable, comfortable truck. We just got new trailers. We just started to get automatic detention and utilization pay ( I don't know if they're advertising that yet, but it's great.) the miles are generally good and consistent (I turned in something like 4300 last week, but I do a lot of NYC)
It's not perfect. We are a trucking company and we do our fair share of dumb trucking company stuff, but overall I'm satisfied and have no plans to leave. -
Sounds like what I'm looking for, I've never had a company take hair and I have my concerns with that but over all I think I'm going to like it there
-
If you aint got enough on your head, they will select a short hair else where. Trust me they will lol.
-
Do they actually do hair? All the recruiter told me was a u/a. I guess worst case scenario I'll get some free trimming down under lol
-
Yes hair is a sort of library for everything you have been exposed to going back about 9 months in life. If there was something you did during that time such as a nice hit of pot or a injection of something powerful illegal it's going to settle into that hair itself. It's no problem to pull and test it and presto, there it is. Just like opening a time capsule.
-
I'm good on the results I'm more concerned on the lack of hair, I hear they will consider it a refusal if you don't have enough, that's just something I'd rather not have haunting me.
-
They will find something don't worry.

Shaffer did arm hair for me. Shaved off a spot about two inches by three inches on my forearm. I suspect that these guys could and would do the same.
