I worked for XPO/ConWay for many years and have been there many times, never heard or see any racist person or any problem.

That made NO sense whatsoever. Furthermore, being instructed on which entrance to use or where to park is not racist. I mean really, get a grip. I hate racism myself but accusing someone of it just because they got po'd at your using a wrong door or parking spot is totally out of line.
