Gross weight tractor/reefer tandem trailer?

I managed to scale a 45200 lb load with 7/8 tank on the truck and 3/4 in the trailer. 79950.

So my truck and trailer, fully fueled, is around 35000 lb. 2015 Freightliner. Detroit Diesel. Opti-idle, no APU. 4 bags chains. One driver @ 260 lbs.

 

Food service setup. 48ft dane with 48in flat top & 72in condo cascadia's we were 38,400-38,700

No lift gate but they were heavier spec spring ride, 3 side doors and lots of extra metal to keep it rigid. We ran 12+ load bars floor to ceiling and it took the abuse like a champ, some of em from the early 2000's

 

BTW - Recently moved into a new 2018 Cascadia with Detroit auto (from 10 speed manual), spec'd same, same size tanks. New truck is about 100 lbs heavier

 

34,500 '18 Cascadia Auto opti idle @ 7/8th 220 cap fuel, 20 def, 50 reefer tank. '53 utility thermo king. 5 sets chains. With me in the truck 34,780, mama says I'm a Big boy.

 

I'm at 37,000 lbs. Unladen

Carrier X4-7300 , 50 gal tank.

Volvo 780 tractor w/ 150s & APU

 

My 16 Pete 579 is 18600 , tractor plus tripak APU, and my 2016 utility reefer is 15k....+ 500lbs for fuel
