It's not a matter of backing lol , I pull a tank 1/2 the places I load and deliver to are tight s curve backing in tight spots with all kinds of B'S in the way. I just hate taking spots when others could use them , I thought it was being decent and trying to look out for others , I did get feedback about getting fule then taking a 30 at a rest area , might just try that , I usually run as long as I can , I don't need a TS to take a 30 .when I was in a TS last week a driver was #####ing because of the way I was sitting , said he was going to get the manager to see if he would put locks on my air line to teach me a lesson lol and make me pay , he did not even have to get out , just some retard that prolly gets 200 mile loads then sits for a day for the next load , I thought I would just ask the question here . Thanks for the in put .

Just do your 30 in the fuel aisle. Everybody’s doing it. Look around. That’s what the fuel aisles are now for! :)

Especially in the hot summer sun, that canopy makes the perfect shady spot to keep the truck cool.

Keep doing that and you'll make alot of enemies real quick what's the golden rule "do unto others as you want done to you" how would you feel if some dork parked in front of you and blocked you off? However it still happens unfortunately, what i do is err on the side of caution, always park where your not blocking off anyone its that simple, if it means parking 1/2 a mile up the road then do it but don't go parking in front of other trucks.

Lol , you just did not read it right , I stay in the truck , truck running , can move in a second if needed , I would not have an issue if someone parked in front of me doing the same thing , get on the radio or get out and ask , can you pull forward or back , so I can get out ? Sure no problem at all . No one has to be a dick , just simple people skills .

Fuel island is for fuel that is why it is called a fuel island. If it was meant for anything else it would be called(ex the 30 minute break island, lunch island). It really amazes me how some people are so stupid.

I have used the Fuel Island, but I stayed with the truck and if anyone came behind me I'd just pull around lol and get in line again so I didn't hold anyone up. My Rand allowed me limited movement to do that and still get in the 30. Or it might say 'Movement Detected' and make me wait another few minutes.

If there's a parking spot take it you have as much right as anyone else.Ray normally takes his at Tyson or a nearby loves.I don't think its smart parking in front of trucks.
