We have a historical high of overcapacity in both drivers and trucks.
If anyone knows about the manufacturing economy of the 70's, and know we had enough trucks to cover everything, you will get that we have less manufacturing in this country and more trucks than in 1971.Toomanybikes Thanks this. -

The short answer: NO
The long answer: It gives big corporations the needed leverage to have laws pass in their favor to bring in cheaper labor. -

Planes are also flown with thousands of feet of room between it and other planes and 30,000 feet above obstacles. That's a lot more margin for error than 2 feet either side of the yellow line.Oldironfan and tech10171968 Thank this.

What does economic growth mean and why is GROWTH so major. Is it the same as economic stability or strength? Anyone?

I believe there have already been a couple of serious crashes with these automated cars running on "autopilot", despite those sensors. One of them IRC was even fatal. The bugs are still being ironed out.Oldironfan Thanks this.
