Where (besides your post) is the word minimum mentioned? Must be the republicans messing with my internet. Cause on my phone is say GUARANTEED.
But it also says resets done at home.

Hmmm all I see is $1500 Guaranteed.

Hmmmm my wife (who pays the bills) wishes I had a GUARANTEED amount every week. Me I'd hope that guarantee is not also the maximum I could make. But it would be nice to no that. Even due to snow, traffic, mudslide, breakdown, me just being lazy. Todays delivery will be late or might not be to tomorrow. Making every thing else this week have to also change. But no matter what I'm still gonna take home my GUARANTEED amount. BUT I would require another conversation about what my GUARANTEED amount would be.

Hmmm that's too bad.

I probably would’ve taken it. Sounds like you burn up a lot of your 70 on the dock. Then if they don’t give you the minimum pay because you logged on duty and not sleeper while on the dock like everyone else does just file a lawsuit and be on easy street for the rest of your life.
Seriously though I’d have no interest in a job where you max out your 70 every week and your home time is a 34 hour restart. No thanks.VIDEODROME Thanks this. -
My opinion. Stay away. The party is over. Why do you think they want to hire 18 year olds? Another age bracket to easily exploit. Companies treat drivers like coolies and abused because the drivers tolerate it!! No guaranteed income what so ever. I know company drivers that nearly went bankrupt getting caught in both Nor Easters last year. I don't blame drivers for leaving and people getting wise to avoid getting into driving to begin with. Its cheaper and better to stay home and work and enjoy life.

I ran into a JB driver years ago when I was at the Atlanta QT. He was begging for a bucket of chicken . And his shoes were untied . I always wondered what happened to that guy

Unfortunately many drivers are just homeless people on wheels. I mean that literally. I actually met quite a few out here. In fact I have met more than I thought were homeless on wheels. Its sad then a driver can't even make enough money to afford an apartment or a place to call home. That is the hard core truth.....and its really sad.
Coover Thanks this. -
Hahaha that's pretty funny. Thanks for the morning chuckle. But my wife sure would like to no that x amount is gonna hit the bank. Week after week EVERY #### Friday without fail. **disclaimer as always the devil is in the details. Failure to read and understand the small print. Is your own #### fault.**

1500 per week gross, guaranteed, for a new driver, is not a bad deal at all. However, some people don't want to run 5 x 14 hour days a week to make a living.
Personally, I will work 5 x 14 hour days, take a 34, then run another 14 hour day before the end of the week if the miles are there for it.
But some people want to run 8-9 hours per day, every day, and wake up and shut down at about the same time every day.
Different strokes.
