Carrier Supra 750 Start fail alarm

    My carrier supra 750 will not initiate a start cycle after glow ing. The unit will display a start fail alarm. All fuses are good and I replaced the starter relay, but it appears the unit will not go into start mode and send a signal to the starter solenoid. Please help!

    If you are loaded and it's been a hour plus you have a very limited time to inform your dispatcher and hot foot to a reefer shop FAST. There is no way you are going to get a timely response in this forum. You might. But get to your dispatcher right away. The load is everything.

    Do you see a white, round weatherproof plug in the wire bundle right up front when you open the door? If so, unplug it and plug it back in numerous times. They can lose conductivity over time from corrosion.
