Been working here a year now. Never had any problems getting miles they say 2800 to 3200 a week they mean it. Unless you go home. Which is 5 days a month. Or you can take 3 one month then 7 the next. Now down to the number. I usually take 4 days off a month. My week out on the road no breakdowns which haven’t happened yet. I usually get 3000 miles sometimes 2800 sometimes more like 3200 to 3500. I get 100% free health insurance not a dime no premiums. I contribute 10% into my 401k with per diem and all comes out to like 100 bucks cotc matches 50 bucks free money. They have loyalty pay which starts at 1 cpm like 30 bucks a week extra paid on anniversary goes up to 3 cpm at 3 years. Ok so I gross 1525 on 2800 and 1575 on 3000 miles After everything on a 3k week my net paycheck is 1163 that’s after everything 401k contribution taxes etc. if I get 2800 miles it’s 1098. So the money is here for sure. Keep in mind these numbers are higher if you don’t do 401k like 12something on 3k miles they don’t mess around with their drivers they put drivers first. Got a problem call the coach and they fix the problem I get loaded then run my average length of haul is 1520 something. It’s flatbed so I get empty everytime within an hour I get next load it always picks up on the same day if they don’t dispatch you within an hour you get 100 bucks I never got that but that’s cool. Everyone that works there is super nice they fly you to orientation they have rooms there you get 3 good meals a day and they have a few vans you can drive to store or whatever you want. It’s in Oregon and the scenery in Redmond is fricken awesome. Orientation is 4 days last day you actually eat breakfast with ceo cfo and other top guys a bit intimidating but it’s cool that they do that. We have nice trucks 2 truck washes a month. Speed is 65 mph. Problem no trucker gps have to use phone or get your own. Honestly a great company plan on staying here til retirement. If you have any questions or wanna see my paystubs as proof I’ll show you I don’t mess around and these guys don’t either most drivers I’ve ran into here have been here for 5+ years and never plan on leaving I have NEVER heard anyone say anything bad about these guys .. I’m sure there is the occasianal door slammer that can’t do the extra work that flatbedding requires and they Blaim it on the company lol. Anyway if your thinking of coming here. Do it just do it.
Central Oregon gotta be the best .

Glad you're happy. 25 days out on the road every month sounds like torture to me though.

@greyhat1010 ....Good review. I know several drivers that have been with COTL for quite a while and they like it there.
There's only one thing in your review that you forgot to cover... the tarping. Lots of tarping.Rugerfan, Texas_hwy_287, dclerici1 and 3 others Thank this. -
COTC and my company are owned by the same parent company. So, we share some of our loads with some of their drivers, they all seem fairly happy.ncmickey, Texas_hwy_287 and QuietStorm Thank this. -
