An old man's career goes flat, Snackbar moves to open deck

I watched the final shuttle launch while getting unloaded at the Publix DC in Orlando. Seen a few unexpected rockets go up in the Mojave. I’d definitely like to see one up close someday.

 

Mine has done that this week as well…it even showed the amount of gallons for the month not even increase even after putting in 144gal..

 

Yeah you will have to ask them to add it manually, they’re recent update caused an issue.

 

Yes. Twice in the last week. Had to call in and they had to manually add the points after looking through their records.

 

Did you use the app?…ive run across several with this issue that used the app to fuel.. including myself

 

What happened was, I used the app both times and both times I got timed out. So then I used the pad on the pump. It kept telling me to reinsert my rewards card. After the third time it was good, so I thought. We are on paperless transaction, so I didn’t notice until I got on the interstate. Then I called in and was told to call back in 48 hours. Which I did. They found the missing points both times.

 

I checked on the app, I had the transaction but no loyalty points. Went to lost/missing points in the app, entered the info and it instantly credited my account.
