Picked it up at a jobsite going to another jobsite in VA...and it's bent and scratched, but I still put rubber between my binders and the base. If I wasn't paying attention it would have been worse. It has doors on the sides that have latches sorta like a pickup bed cap door and the bottom rods that latch it weren't latched in place...would have let the door fly open rolling down the road.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

Not bad. Haven't driven since December of 2022. Developed Severe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both hands. Got the surgery on both hands in May and June last year.

I turned 62 last September, so I just chose to stay home and start drawing Social Security.

I had also developed arthritis in both knees, really bad in my right knee. Bad enough now that I can only bend it slightly. I probably couldn't drive a truck again unless the VA ever gives in and authorizes a knee replacement.

I spend a lot of time battling in the political section these days.

My wife had her right knee replaced a few years ago. She had degenerative osteoarthritis in both knees. Basically her kneecaps were disintegrating from the inside. She is putting off having her left knee replaced as long as possible because of what it took physically, mentally and emotionally to get mobile again after the 1st one was done. After seeing what torture she went thru, if I ever needed one done, I would opt for a firing squad or lethal injection instead.
