It’s been years since I’ve been asked to download an app for a broker. But the vast majority of the “broker” freight I do is for our sister companies.

My company asked me if I was okay with that sort of stuff or not shortly after i started and i said no. They apparently keep a list of what drivers will or won’t haul broker loads that require a tracking app. I haven’t been bothered about those loads since
It’s not my job to keep track of your own freight. My job is to get it from point A to point B in a safe and timely manner. If you want to know where your load is, call my company, not me. All of our trailers have GPS tracking so they’d be able to tell you. If you’re so paranoid about where your freight is, maybe you should look for more reputable carriers to do business withLast edited: Nov 3, 2024
