that must just be a Walmart only thing then. I know to drive for Walmart specifically you have to live within a certain distance of the DC (or so i’ve heard). Crete must do things differently. That must be why they have such a large presence in NP because the driver pool to staff a large DC just wouldn’t exist otherwise. I guess you’re in the hiring area if they serve the area you live in

 

That’s my belief too that if you live in the area that that account serves, you can run the account

 

They do allow you to split your sleeper birth. You just have to do it at 8/2 or 7/3

 

And I have confirmed they are dropping the hammer on people who don’t do their jobs anymore no more slouches over here… They’re not tolerating it anymore if you failed to report damage to equipment or maintenance issues and leave it for the next person they’re writing people up and even suspending and or firing them…

 

It automatically does does..if you do 7 or 8 hrs sb it will automatically do the split log and you’ll gain time in accordance to it.

 

That’s where they could improve is informing orientation folks about current ways of doing things…

They are rapidly looking at trying to pick up more dedicated accounts from what i hear..they’re bidding on quite a few accounts this year..
