I dropped 20k on mine in one month this year, now I've got a completely rebuilt motor that ought to last me about ten years, when most of the 2019 freightshakers will be lined up in salvage yards waiting for the crusher.

    It's a good thing I didn't spend 160k on a new truck then isn't it.

I can't wait, after the fifth truck in a half hour falls down the mountain on fire right into Denver they'll be outlawed and all the fleets who bought them will be pissing in the wind. Anybody who thinks electronic garbage driving vehicles will end well is wrong, talk to farmers who's autosteer has wrapped the planter around a telephone pole, and that's something moving under 10 mph and there is nothing else moving in the field.

Well, it’s paid off, and I made 80k so far - what did you want me to do with the cash ?

    Give it to the IRS?

I gave it to my local mechanic and told him to recondition the tranny. Trouble free motoring for the next 10 years at the rate I drive.

That’s a real warranty right there.

If all the alternative energy sources, fusion is the hope of the future. Although at some point the moonbats are gonna call it nuclear power, and that will be the death knell of fusion.

If I remember right from my Astronomy class, the problem with fusion is creating a safe environment for it to happen. You need it to be about 10 million degrees, and that temperature pretty much melts everything. All the energy we get from artificial fusion is then used just to maintain the environment and we have nothing left to power anything.
