There is no Diamond Plus, just Diamond.

And if you can prove to Swift that you have maintained Platinum level miles for the past 36 consecutive months, maybe they will do that for you just to get you on board.

Every truck type is different, assuming yours will even allow you to do it at all. The old Swift Internationals had a dash light that would start blinking just before it shut down. If you stepped on the clutch while the light was blinking it would idle indefinitely. The Freighliners used to idle if you set the high idle. Can't remember what it took to make the Kenworths idle but they did. Back then they were just using timers. The temperature didn't matter.

Swift used to read everything about the truck from the Qualcomm. So I used to unplug my QC mass unit every night, then start the truck and idle it. In the morning I would shut it off and reconnect the Qualcomm before restarting the truck. That way my idle time didn't get reported. I had a three foot DB-15 cable that I used so I wouldn't have to raise up the bunk to plug and unplug the mass unit.

I don't know where you are at but the optime idle shuts off at a certain temp and turns back on, I got used to it when I worked for swift, to be honest, even in texas it's cold have you tried to open a window if not at a truck stop I would do this almost every day myself anything below 60 degrees. You need to ask what the temp it does this from DM he or she might know not likely but ask a mechanic they should know or your screwed some them mechs are dumber than the brick.

I used to Carry an submersible aquarium heater with me when I was in one of those temp sensor idle trucks. The thermometer is right under the driver side mirror. I would zip tie that heater under the mirror and plug it in when I parked , boy my idle was almost 80% but I stayed comfy as a bug in a rug.

The new 2020 Freightliner are crap for cab AC. Or I'm doing something wrong.

The owner manual was no help.

Internal "comfort" does nothing for AC!
