Quik update 1st trainer quit after Christmas then got a family dollar acc trainer. First week my trainer switching to otr took 10 days lol that's usxpress for u. Thursday they took me off my trainers truck then put me back on Friday nite soo much bs but I'm only 100 hrs lol left then on too otr on Monday sooo much fun the end goal getting closer.

 

the policy is "screw the trainee around now so they will be numb to it when they get a truck"

 

Yup but 2 more weeks soo long but learning alot and ready to get off training pay. My wife and I cant wait to get back to Wisconsin to get our stuff and our cats and start making money.

 

I can’t help but wonder if there is more to the stories of all the trainers leaving you

 

Get that tanker endorsement when you go home. It cold be the difference between sitting or rolling when you are on the board with tons of power and few loads

 

One trip home i took my son in to get his learner permit for his first license. I decided to take the tanker test the same day.

Now DMV people are not know for having personality, but the lady that waited on us got the biggest kick out of father and son sitting side by side at comouter terminals, taking exams together.

It probably helped put her in a good mood when i told her I couldn't decide between turning in my license since he was going to be driving oror drivi 80000 pound bombs...she saw the irony apparently.
