Oh you're a driver? Let's see if you can pass this simple test then.
What is the CFI pay scale? I don't want to hear no up to or incentives. I want hard numbers based on experience.
A real "DRIVER" can provide these numbers.dwells40 Thanks this. -

I’m Spartacus.

Buddy is there a reason for your "test" question? As in are you trying to determine if I am a driver or not? Is there a different point? As in you're trying to defend something or someone? Really?
If CFI wanted to make their PAY SCALE public they would. It's not my job to advertise their payscale. It is my job to run loads from the shipper to the receiver. Using common sense I'm really not sure what the point is in asking your question to determine if I am a driver or not? I can advise you I am not an O/O but a company driver so I get paid mileage not percentage. After every 125k miles logged my CPM goes up. That's my payscale. So again not sure what point, if any, you are trying to make.Last edited: Nov 19, 2019

Of course what? You think every driver has to have a piss poor experience in his work flow? Most drivers complain way too much. All of you Natzis can attack me all you like. It just further proves my point(s).
-
Yeah he's a recruiter lol. You said all that and still didn't give concrete numbers on pay. Very sketchy
Dale thompson and Lonesome Thank this. -
Okay, you're a driver. But are you a truck driver?
And as far as I know we don't have any Nazis here so we kinda resent the implication.Lonesome Thanks this. -
According to you what is the difference?
-
So because I didnt display "concrete" numbers that makes me recruiter? Really? That's the best you got? I'm sketchy? Have some common sense. If I blurted out the COMPANY pay scale the COMPANY may see that as a violation? Let's just say you have 20% common sense and you use it. It is not my place to display any company's pay scale regardless of who I work for and what I do for that company.
And just thinking reflectively, I don't need to prove anything. Concrete numbers bwhahahahahaha give me a break. I laugh in your face when I hear a "driver" or "truck driver", by the way their is no difference as the term driver is a label, complaining about everything.
Which is why I commented on the original thread. Now all of the sudden because I replied with a logical point of view I'm targeted as a recruiter. Again bwhahahahahaha. It's knowing the difference between being a professional and not being one.
Concrete numbers lol get over yourselves.Last edited by a moderator: Nov 20, 2019
