Clearinghouse nightmare

    I can’t pull up a query. I bought five to last me awhile.

    First, the driver couldn’t be verified.

    Once it did, it was taking me back to step one, so I could never get further after verifying the driver. I waited for them to fix the system.

    But now, I cannot even log in as if it all disappeared.

    How did you manage????
    If you did, then you are lucky! And I’m jealous. I’m losing hours on this simple little task that can’t be done.

    I tried reaching for help, but there is no help.

    I logged in this morning at 0330 central and it went through with only one problem. It kept saying to log in click here, finally I clicked the menu button and it said log out.

    I logged out, then back in and it worked.

    And on a side note, I learned I did not have a drinking or drug problem.
    I did not know that about myself, I am sure glad that the internet was able to tell me about me.

    I signed up for it this week and consented for the motor carrier authorization to look me up in the clearinghouse database. Everything worked fine. Received a letter today which says if I refuse to consent to any motor carrier interested in looking up my status, my CDL will be rendered null and void. I guess it carries the same weight as a drug test refusal.
