Con-Way Truckload Drivers: What's Your 20? (2014 edition)

well, Waco was in my future... sort of...

Dead Heading from north of Denton to Point Comfort Texas...I stopped in Waco cuz I really needed a shower...I had a feeling I was going to be spending the night in a Walmart somewhere around Victoria...as it turned out I parked in Schulenburg Texas....brand new pilot there even my GPS didn't know about it...67 miles to Point Comfort then off to Delaware...that will be over 2,000 miles on a week that didn't start till Wednesday...some Northeast pay...and I'm thinking there might even be Hazmat

 

In Atlanta Georgia for the weekend. Hope all is well with you all. Glad too hear you got your truck fixed Rooster. I have also seen the major re-branding of trucks too CFI. At the pace they're going its pretty quick, even quicker from when they were re-branding all the trucks from Con-way to XPO.

I think maybe CFI wants me back. Apparently I got a call from a recruiter a few days ago asking if I was still interested in coming back. I will say me coming back has been somewhat weighing on my mind but it's not for certain that would happen, unless they make some changes on the owner op program.

 

Pilot, Cleveland, Tennessee...I was on the phone with Pauldo waiting for a hunt driver to back into the only spot available. He made three or four tries and kept getting closer to the pretty KW on his left...I told Paul though I bet he gives up and I'll just go slam mine in there....I must be Psycho I mean psychic

my plan B was if he got his truck in the whole I was going to go for a paid spot...I got parked and was walking into the house and Mr Hunt was backing into a paid spot

That comes from clean living folks

 

Odd but that pilot normally doesn't get full on the weekend. Unless I'm thinking of the wrong one.

 

All the NASCAR teams stop and fuel at that one. Racecar country & cheapest fuel usually. You see any around Rooster?

Prob not but maybe some minor leaguers.
