RR you should be ok ...I looked a while ago and it was a short detour from Pacific MO up to I-64


According to Google maps..,.. (that was West bound ... We had a Coffeyville load from Cincinnati that was cancelled today because they didn't want to pay any out of route miles )

Not that it's that much out of the way ...if Google was correct!

 

Doubt you'll be taking 44 or using 55 for that matter. Sounds like half of MO is flooded.

 

Booked a load for Chicago for Saturday that maybe the end of the week for me.

So how did you wind up going? I have to go back to Arlington, TX. Leaving Saturday night. Through MO down 44 is the shortest route.

 

North on US 65 out of Springfield, East on us 54 up to I-70...if I had to do it over again Ida probably gone to Lebanon and taken 5 up to 54

 

Thanks for the info. I'm kinda thinking just run 70,57,55,40,440,30. Going to being running vampire shift for the whole trip. Don't want to be trying to find my way in the dark.

 

there are some low spots on I-40 I haven't heard of any closures though
