You are going past the scale that Stevie Wonder runs then...Ohio requires all Hazmat loads to enter an open scale regardless of Prepass signals...we're talking major fines and major CSA points

Delivered yesterday evening in Aberdeen, SD. Now I’m getting the message this morning that the planner is trying to find you a load, which, of course, means there are no loads. That’s exactly what I don’t need, as my miles last week were dismal.

Carriers that posses an Alliance for Uniform Hazmat Transportation license do not need to enter Ohio scales if they recieve a green light while pulling a haz mat load. This applies in West Virginia as well.

    xlsdraw and tucker Thank this.

Okay...then this begs the question: Does Crete possess an Alliance for Uniform Hazmat Transportation license? My guess is that it does, but does anyone know the answer to this question for sure?

Yes, Crete does. A copy of it should be in your Permit book, or is available at any terminal.

Huh, I learned something new today. You are right.

    Ohio and West Virginia:
An Alliance for Uniform Hazmat Transportation license is required if
hauling hazardous materials/waste. Follow in-cab signal.
Disregard state signs to pull into weigh station

Dna Mach and Olympian Thank this.

I've moved on from the KC yard. To the KC Holiday Inn Express.

Got the B service done, then had to re-explain the air issue in my truck (never reaching cut-off pressure). So, off to Detroit I trundle. Turns out I also had an oil leak from the cam frame housing...pretty common, apparently.

Hoping truck will be done late Monday so I can head towards home.
