Sleep apnea is not just for fat or old people.

SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) is infant sleep apnea.

I have known small, strong, wiry young men with sleep apnea. I talked with a LOT of people after I was diagnosed with it.

In my case, I was diagnosed because I was overweight and the company doing the study apparently just wanted to sell 1000 dollar machines to people who could not say no.

People who I talked to who had been diagnosed outside of trucking were very clear that the two worst symptoms for most of them were tiredness, and lots of snoring.

However, snoring isn't always an indicator either. One fellow was like me, he NEVER slept on back or stomach, so he never snored. But unlike me, he had severe sleep apnea. The only symptoms he had was severe mid-day tiredness AND that he would simply stop breathing several times a night for a minute or more at a time. He never woke fully when he started breathing, though he would gasp, then toss and turn enough after resuming breathing to wake his wife.

His wife finally recorded him doing it, and got him to see a doctor.

Sleep apnea is no joke, if you really have it. If you do not regain your energy after a couple nights, it might be worth scheduling a test. If you are afraid of getting it done by Crete, get a family doctor to refer you.

EDIT ADD: Those drivers that the company reports as dying in their trucks seems like a good indicator that Crete has good retention. A lot of those guys are drivers with several decades on the road. I talked to a driver in Lincoln in December who was over 80. I think he said he was 82.

Check for loose wires. If nothing fixable with wires, then shop time.

Probably not. Remember he also invests 1k weekly in the market and has enough money to not work for an extended amount of time with no Bill's. Maybe he is taking extended time off and sitting on the beach enjoying life
