Discounts or freebies for truckers?

The Dinner Belle in Missouri has 20% of your ticket when you show your CDL, and 50% off if you buy more than 50 gallons of diesel.

 

My company offers a 19% discount to verizon wireless users. Some of the big tycoon companies like Werner and Schneider offer discounts on hotels or vacation packages, heck even a brand new Chevrolet can be $1000 or more cheaper if you work for the right company.

 

In order to get that corporate discount at Verizon, you have to sign a document allowing the company access to your phone records...or at least you used to. Read the fine print before you sign away your right to privacy.

 

I know there is a lot of hate for Denny's but I like their breakfast. Stopped at one the other day and the cashier must have thought I looked like a truck driver and asked. I got a 10% off card good at all Denny's. There are actually quite a few discounts available if you ask. If someone wants to give me a discount I'll sure take it, every penny counts!

I am an otr driver and have been on leave for 7 days my truck was needed by by another team and i am now not prepaired for this unexpected extension of off time. Do you have nights stays at motels any motel i live at monrovia california.

Maybe once a year the waitress will discover your birthday as you order up a meal. On the house and joy. It's not too common.

The biggest freebie I think came from the Petro. They sold 12 volt frying pan for example and we used it several times per 24 hours as a team while rolling. Invariably they burn up and we turned it in exchanged for a new one free. Petro was at least good about it, thinking we went through about 7 pans that year.

The dutch ovens that close and form like a half gallon of cooking this and that all day were far more successful.

 

Free parking, already feel better when I dont have to pay someone to park my truck at truck stop. Thats considering we bring them everything from food to paper to wipe their behinds with.

 

This is an old thread but a lot of adult shops offer CDL discounts. So. You know. Get while the gettin is good.

 

Mad Greek in baker, ca. Does a 20% discount for commercial drivers. I'm sure if all thier restaurants do, though.
