@fredh Have you thought about Walmart? I ran into a driver who came over to Estes from there, says he made $124k his last year. Of course, you can do the same at nearly any LTL Carrier as a road driver.
Do They really hire drivers at this pay rate?

Either way, Estes is home for me! Love this place, but I always recommend Walmart to drivers who have been Truckload Drivers most of their careers. Thinking it may be an easier transition for them, but I’d rather stay LTLjtaran06 Thanks this.

Longest hau I ever did was about 740 miles. The extra pay are for things like getting loaded on a weekend $150, having to spend a 34-hour reset on the road two hundred dollars, loading and unloading, repairs, and others.asphaltreptile311 and jtaran06 Thank this.
