Favorite Brand of Flip Flops or Shower Shoes for Trucking

I wear thongs or g strings everyday. No one knows because I have Levi's or khaki shorts on over them. It is nice to not worry about panty lines!

 

Croc knockoffs I got at Loves ~$15. Last forever, covers your toes so you don’t stub them and provide excellent traction on wet floors.

 

I got 6 out of my last pair - Worx brand sold at Red Wing store - Got a pair of Carrhart waterproof safety toe at Farm and Home, 175 bucks. Didnt need safety toe but figured after my foot surgery it wouldnt hurt.

 

Steel toe flip flops. Ha ha

 

Uh, I got a pair of sandals I bought for 99 cents. They stay in my shower bag and used only when taking a shower. Afterward, I dry them off and put them back in the bag with my other shower stuff. I've had this pair about a year and a half. I do have another new pair in my truck in case my existing ones break.
Although I confess to driving a Volvo, I'm not a sandals wearer, or track suits either. I'm a jeans and sneakers person. I do have a pair of steel toes boots with me, but do find that sneakers are more comfortable to drive with.

 

Oh - “garbage trucks” - like trash trucks.

I thought they were referring to Cascadias
