The Detroit 12 speed is a lot better at backing than this PACCAR 12 speed is. It has a much better creep mode function in my opinion

 

The Cascadia’s are just easier to back in general. The turning radius in my 579 is pretty awful in comparison

 

You should try a stretched 389 with a spread axle flatbed that also has a lift axle in the middle of the trailer. Those things turn like aircraft carriers.

Where's your sense of adventure? It's really not all that bad. It.just takes longer to back into some places.

 

And rides a whoooooole lot better going across I-40 in NM and AZ (and just about any interstate in MI)

I don’t know about that. I-94 around Benton Harbor isn’t much of a road, unless they’ve started to redo that whole section
