Probably not much to leave the house for in Salina anyway. Go to the Cozy for burgers or go play bingo. Lol

I got my next load. Picking up tomorrow in Duncan, SC at some power tool place with a 1400 appointment. Anyone have a 411 on that shipper? Load info says no instructions available. It’s going to HD in Joliet

I don’t like running recaps. 450 miles doesn’t seem like a very productive day. Shutting down here at the TA west of Knoxville

I just have never been able to make the mental jump to running without a reset. I’ve talked to a couple of guys who do it and seem happy enough. By my math I’d need to keep my hours down to an average of 8.75 a day or below. I think I’d go bonkers only doing 450-500 miles a day. The flip side is I like having a day off every week to do laundry, shop, etc where I don’t have to watch the clock.
The reset life has its drawbacks too, this reset might wind up being closer to 48 hours depending on what load I get heading north since I shut down at 7AM (I usually get rolling between 1-5 AM). I’ll move my schedule around a fair bit but flipping over wholesale is a bit more than I care for.wulfman75, dwells40, rokue and 1 other person Thank this.
