You realize Paccar doesn’t manufacture the low coolant sensor or the window switches or the wiper stalk, right?

even if they don’t, their motors are boat anchors, which is the main reason i don’t really care for them. The Cummins motors are a lot better

Aside from jerky, what foods can I take on the road to avoid carbs and other inflammatory foods? I have a fridge but no microwave. Finger food, not knife/fork/spoon.

Pork rinds are good, smoked salmon is regularly available in my grocery store, guacamole cups are good as well. You have to get creative but it can be done. A good yogurt, minimal on the carb intake will hold you over for quite a while, as well as peanut butter.

Boiled eggs if your digestive system can handle them.

Well, the good news is, that noise will go away… eventually.

After I unload tomorrow morning in Troy I bounce south a little ways and pick up in Selingsgrove PA for Menards DC in Eau Claire for a drop anytime Saturday. I’m gonna keep my night schedule since Chicago is in the mix again on the turn around.

    Well, get a microwave… :)

I’m trying to do low carb myself. It’s not easy but possible. I make a Keto Coffee in the morning and that tides me over until way past noon.

As mentioned above, I too like boiled eggs. I bought the small InstPot and it does an awesome job making boiled (pressure steamed) eggs. They roll right out of the shell most times. Or use a small glass bowl and mix up a couple eggs with some precooked bacon pieces and a can of mushrooms with some cheese and you have a bowl omelette that is very fluffy too.

I get a big bag of nuts from CostCo (or any big club) and keep them handy to snack on.

Pork Rinds and Guacamole or hummus is good low carb too.

I have recently been buying the little bags of Snap Peas. They are very crunchy and juicy too.

I know it’s not finger food, but a simple salad with a boiled egg and/or tuna/salmon/bacon and cheese can be easy to make.
