Right on thanks man. I guess I’ll just do that and plead forgiveness. Hopefully when I clear this load and get under my other load things start happening. I’m not having very good luck with TRANSFLO. Either I’m a moron (which is highly likely) or my ELD has gremlins. The Dashboard, the HOS screen and my phone all say 3 different things. And my phone says “Not Connected” on my HOS circle now. But on the little tab up top it says everything is connected; truck, gps and TRANSFLO. Oh well.

Parking on the streets is very scarce, the city put up no parking signs a year or so ago, there's still a couple spots where there's room for a couple trucks here and there. I slept in front of a lumber or truss company a mile or so east of there once.... your best bet if you're wanting to park fairly close is our drop yard in Dallas.

Umm @cdavis188 Paccar doesn't make all the engines either they sub it out to tada Cummins so depending on the engine series it could have been built in Brazil.

Ohh yea that’s an excellent idea. That’s better than taking a risk of getting ran off. I never dealt with the drop yard in Dallas when you get a chance can you send me a pin drop for it please?

I think since 2013 or 14 Paccar has manufactured the mx13 at their own plant in Mississippi. I’m not sure about the smaller ones.

Regardless of where they're made every PACCAR motor I have driven were a total dog compared to Cummins or even the new Detroits. The only thing they would be good for is a replacement for one of these

That’s the bad part about being a company hand, you’re at the mercy of the bean counters and what engine settings they want. I wanted 2.64 rears in the truck I have now, they said that’s a no go for the 510/1850. I would’ve had to get a 455/1650 for the 2.64. That’s how I ended up with 510/1850 and 2.79 rears.

I rolled the dice on my first mx13 because I was going to be pulling a pneumatic and it’s around 500 pounds lighter than an X15 Cummins. And then when I had my hopper I could load 30.5 ton and be legal. So it made me a lot of extra money during the time I had it.
