Service guy came out and got the truck running again by disconnecting the cables at the batteries and reconnecting them. Still not sure what caused the whole fiasco, but i gave my load to another driver and bobtailed to Council Bluffs without further issue.

Has to go into the shop here for an unrelated APU coolant leak and then i get to go to Freightliner in the morning. Then i’ll have two trucks in the shop there

    I don’t know how i’ve managed that

It is “random” because they know you will test negative. I get 2-3 a year as well.

Delivering in Fremont in the morning and I probably would’ve had an easier time parking at the Loves in Valley. This place is packed.

    UPDATE:
I hear he's doing very well and they are expecting him to make a full recovery, but keep the Prayers flowing for a bit longer.

Brokered Load… plan it out. Looks like I can be in CB around noon and take the rest of the day off to run some errands before OTD at 0400… nope.

Took like 5-6 hours to get loaded and was the very last truck off their dock. Was still well over 13 hours to Receiver so I had to roll out for a few hours after to avoid taking two 10s to get back. Was going to be tight but kept the left door shut, took a 7/3 split on the CB Yard, skipped a fuel stop, and rolled in their gate at 0359.

and then took 4 hours to get unloaded… ya, not my favorite.

but it was good practice I guess.

    wulfman75 and Knucklehead Thank this.
